Job Description:

As a Social Media Manager at InnoGlobal Cluster, you will be responsible for:

• Developing and implementing a social media strategy: Creating and executing plans to increase brand engagement and visibility.
• Managing content: Creating, editing, and publishing engaging text, graphic, and video content tailored to different social media platforms.
• Monitoring and analyzing performance: Tracking key performance indicators (KPIs), analyzing campaign data, and preparing reports with optimization recommendations.
• Building audience relationships: Actively engaging with the community, responding to comments and messages, and moderating discussions to maintain brand consistency.
• Researching trends and competition: Staying up to date with the latest social media trends, analyzing competitors’ activities, and identifying new promotional opportunities.
• Collaborating with teams: Coordinating activities with other departments such as marketing, PR, and sales to ensure consistent messaging.

Requirements:

• Professional experience: Proven track record as a Social Media Manager or in a similar role, with documented success in managing social media campaigns.
• Copywriting skills: Ability to create engaging and creative content tailored to various social media platforms.
• Analytical tools knowledge: Experience using social media monitoring and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) and interpreting data for campaign optimization.
• Creativity and innovation: Ability to generate original ideas and adapt to rapidly changing social media trends.
• Communication skills: Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively both within the team and externally.
• SEO and SEM knowledge: Basic understanding of content optimization for search engines and search engine marketing.
